This expansive multi-family project located in Plymouth Massachusetts hosts a broad range of luxury amenities for it's residents. A large resort style pool with sun shelf is centrally located within the courtyard as other amenities radiate outward around it including a custom built fireplace and firepits, gaming areas, grilling stations, large open green spaces and much more. Andrew was responsible for the construction coordination with the landscape contractor for all areas of the site.

This multi-family project located in Stoneham Massachusetts boasts a centrally located amenity courtyard containing many outdoor features. These features include a large pool, custom built grilling areas, outdoor gaming such as cornhole and billiards, as well as a large custom built fire pit. Secluded in the back side of the property the residents have additional grilling, dining and areas for relaxation that are private and peaceful. Andrew was primarily responsible for the overall design, construction documentation, site furnishing selections, and construction collaboration for this project.

Parker Lane Residence - Video Walkthrough
FCA was contracted to create this interactive 3D model of this luxurious New Hampshire home to allow the client to visualize and study the architectural and landscape architectural designs simultaneously. Although labor intensive, these models create an amazing opportunity to visualize the end product. We highly recommend this option to clients who are about to spend a significant amount of time and resources into a project.

Houston, TX
Hanover BLVD Place is the flagship of The Hanover Company and is also the location of their office headquarters. This impressive multi-use building offers five levels of office space with the rest of the tower reserved as luxury apartment units for its residents. The fifth level amenity courtyard consists of multiple grilling, dining and lounging areas with an expansive sun shelf for sun lounging. The top level courtyard boasts a luxurious glass-end resort style pool overlooking downtown Houston. This courtyard also has a custom firepit, and multiple areas for lounging and relaxation. Andrew was responsible for assisting in the overall design, construction documentation, site furnishing selections and construction coordination phases of this project.

Located in the South Shore town of Hanover Massachusetts, this multi-family project was part of an on-going re-development of Hanover Mall. A large pool is located in between two main building with other amenties including a large custom fireplace, grilling and lounging areas, outdoor gaming stations, as well as a custom TV wall entertainment center. Amenities in the secondary courtyard include a dedicated dog park, custom firepit and grilling stations and multiple areas for lounging. Andrew was primarily responsible for the construction coordination of this project.
Tucked away in the serene community of Pinehills in Plymouth Massachusetts, this multi-family project combines luxury living with a peaceful retreat location. Outdoor amenties for this project include a large resort style pool, custom fireplace and firepits, custom TV wall entertainment center, multiple gaming areas, dedicated dog park and more. Everett, MA - Roof Deck Study Model
This multi-family project located in Everett Massachusetts hosts a rooftop lounge reserved for it's residents. This 3D model was created to study the overall design and layout of the space.
This multi-use project located in Salem NH consists of multiple outdoor courtyards located on the second floor of the building. These courtyards consist of various amenities one would expect to have with upscale living accommodations. These amenities include: custom built firepits and fireplace, outdoor grilling stations with dining areas, custom built-in seating areas with large outdoor rated televisions, billiards table, high end furnishings and much more. Andrew was primarily responsible for the overall design, construction documentation, site furnishing selections, and construction collaboration for this project.
Residential Design & 3D Modeling
Wellesley, MA
The Nines located in Wellesley Massachusetts is another fine example of upscale living. A large centrally located amenity courtyard boasts a resort style pool with custom built fireplace and firepit and multiple areas for dining and lounging. A 2-story open air loggia connects the front of the property to the interior courtyard. This area required extensive coordination between the architects, interior designer, landscape architect and contractors. Andrew was responsible for designing the outdoor retail plaza as well as construction coordination for all areas of the site.
Atlanta, GA
This luxury high-rise complex is located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta Georgia and houses over 400 luxury apartment units. Luxury outdoor amenities include an oversized pool with large sunning shelf, custom built cabanas, multiple arbor structures, custom built firepits and grilling areas, artificial lawn areas and more. Andrew was responsible for assisting in the overall design, construction documentation and site furnishing selections for this project.
Medford, MA
This midrise multi-use project is located just five miles outside of Boston in the town of Medford Massachusetts. Multiple outdoor areas were designed and planned for including the entire streetscape along the front of the building, two large amenity courtyards, a large open-air loggia as well as a dedicated dog park. Typical luxury amenities were included in this project including a pool, custom built fire places, open lawn spaces, grilling and dining areas as well as plenty of spaces for rest and relaxation. Andrew was primarily responsible for the construction coordination of all outdoor areas on site.
Cambridge, MA
This mid-rise multi-use project is the fourth phase of a large scale development located in Cambridge Massachusetts. This complex consists of two large amentity courtyards on the second level as well as a dog run and dedicated playground on the ground level. Stormwater management rain gardens were designed along the streetscape to help capture and filter stormwater from the street. Andrew was primarily responsible for the construction coordination of all outdoor elements on site.
Hyannis, MA
This multi-family project is located on the Cape in the town of Hyannis Massachusetts. This project required constant collaboration and compliance with the town sustainability initiatives. The entire front auto court and parking area consists of permeable pavers and two large detention ponds lined with native plants. The expansive amenity courtyard contains a large pool, custom fireplace and firepit, grilling and dining areas, large open lawn areas and a dedicated dog park. The large Hornbeam trees lining the oval lawn area is an impressive site and creates verticallity and structure to that space. Andrew was primarily responsible for the construction coordination as well as ensuring compliance with the township.
